Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presenters
- Equipment: Please bring your own laptop for your presentation.
- Connection: Only HDMI connections are available. If your laptop requires a specific adapter (e.g., USB-C to HDMI), please ensure you bring your own.
- Format: A 16:9 aspect ratio is recommended.
- Fonts: Please ensure all fonts are embedded in your file to avoid display issues.
Poster Presenters
- Poster Size: A0 Plus portrait (914 × 1292 mm).
- Setup: Please complete your poster setup by 9:00 AM on your assigned presentation date.
- Core Time: Specific core times for discussion will be announced in the final program.
Accommodation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. For convenient access to the Ookayama Campus, we recommend staying at hotels along the Tokyu Oimachi Line or Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line. Areas near Ookayama, Futako-tamagawa, or Meguro stations offer a variety of options and easy commutes to the venue.
Social Events
A conference banquet is scheduled for the evening of Thursday, November 5. To help us with arrangements, please indicate your attendance and register for the banquet via the online conference registration system.
