- Please print your name plate (PDF) yourself and bring it with you to the conference.
- The PDF can be downloaded from the email sent by Payvent, or by logging in to Payvent.
- Name plate holders will be handed out at the registration desk.
Presentation Guidelines
Official Language
The official language of the conference is English. The General Meeting is held in Japanese.
Oral Presenters
- Time: Each talk is 11 min followed by 4 min of Q&A.
- Equipment: Please present your slides using your own laptop.
- Connection: An HDMI port is provided at the presenter desk. If your laptop requires an adapter (e.g., USB-C to HDMI), please bring your own.
- Format: The screen ratio is 16:9.
- Fonts: Please ensure all fonts are embedded in your file to avoid display issues.
Poster Presenters
- Poster Size: A0 Plus portrait (914 × 1292 mm).
- Groups: Posters are displayed in two groups and swapped between the two days. Your group is shown by the letter of your poster number (e.g., 1A, 1B).
- Core Time: 90 min for discussion.
- Presentation Time: Presenters with an odd poster number (e.g., 1A, 3A) present during the first 45 min, and those with an even poster number (e.g., 2A, 4A) present during the last 45 min of the core time.

Prohibitions
- Photography, video and audio recording are strictly prohibited in presentation rooms.
- Please do not post the presentations on social media unless the presenter allows it.
Accommodation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. For convenient access to the Ookayama Campus, we recommend staying at hotels along the Tokyu Oimachi Line or Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line. Areas near Ookayama, Futako-tamagawa, or Meguro stations offer a variety of options and easy commutes to the venue.
Social Events
A conference banquet will be held on Thursday, November 5, 19:00–21:00 at Midorigaoka Building 6. To help us with arrangements, please indicate your attendance and register for the banquet via the online conference registration system.
